- Do you help For Sale by Owner Sellers?
Most of our clients are For Sale by Owner or FSBO
sellers. Our service allows you to include your property in the
REALTORS® MLS and still
retain the right to sell by owner without an agent. Even if you
sell with an agent you don't pay a listing commission because
HomeWorks is your listing agent and all we get is our flat fee,
saving you thousands.
- Are you a direct provider of the
Multiple Listing Service? Yes, and we never send your
listing to a third party broker slowing down the process.
- How long does it take to list my
property? One business day in most cases once all
information has been completed.
- Do you send potential buyers directly
to me? Yes, and we never switch your buyers to other
properties like many of our competitors do.
- If I find my own buyer while listed
will I owe a commission? NO! And this is one major
advantage, you retain the right to sell to a private party and
pay no commission.
- How long is my property listed?
One year and you maintain the right to cancel the listing at
anytime.
- Do you provide a for sale sign?
Yes, and we actually put your phone number on our sign so buyer
leads come directly to you (post not included).
- Do you provide a keysafe?
Yes, at your option you may use one our combination keysafes.
- What is broker support?
We are happy to answer general questions and direct you to the
correct disclosures and other information needed for your transaction.
However, we never negotiate your sale, find or procure
a buyer costing you a listing commission when you sell. Your
buyer is truly your buyer with our service.
- What does my listing look like in
the MLS? The same as any other MLS listing with all
applicable searches included. We actually send you a copy of
your listing as seen by agents in the MLS.
- Do you collect a commission on my
listing? No, our listing fee is all we ever get for
the sale of your property.
- Are you a real estate lender? No,
we have no hidden agendas for our service, our goal is to provide
an alternative to the traditional high cost listing commission.
We never redirect your buyers to other properties and all leads
are referred back to you.
